Bettina Bokeloh is a national partner in the Tax Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Frankfurt.  Dr. Bokeloh specializes in advising private equity firms and strategic investors on national and international M&A transactions. She also has significant experience in advising multinational corporations on corporate tax matters including cross-border tax planning and reorganizations, and regularly advises on capital markets transactions.

Dr. Bokeloh is fluent in German (native) and English.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Willkie, Dr. Bokeloh was an associate (1996-1999) at Feddersen Laule Scherzberg & Ohle Hansen Ewerwahn and a senior manager (1999-2007) at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

  • Salzgitter AG on its €296 million convertible bonds issue

  • A Bank syndicate led by Commerzbank and Morgan Stanley on the €460 million rights issue of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG

  • Commerzbank AG in its role as largest lender in the approximately €12 billion five-bank consortium mid-term financing plan for the Schaeffler Group

  • YOC AG on its move from the Entry Standard to the regulated market (Prime Standard segment) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

  • A bidder on the auction sale of Axtone S.A.

  • A large US/German chemical group on several internal reorganizations

  • A multinational French health care group on international tax planning

  • State of North-Rhine Westphalia on the sale of Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Nordrhein-Westfalen GmbH
