In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Hajage represented domestic and foreign clients in several acquisitions and dispositions. He has recently assisted Elior in its acquisition of Vivaë in May 2007. He has also recently represented Sintex Industries Ltd., a Bombay Stock Exchange-listed leading plastics and textiles group, in its acquisition of the French plastics manufacturer Nief Plastics.
