  • Represented PAI partners in the sale of its 50 percent stake in Yoplait to General Mills

  • Represented Perstorp AB in its acquisition of specialty chemicals business of Rhodia SA

  • Represented PAI partners in its sale of Elis GIE to Eurazeo SA.

  • Represented PAI partners and the Descours family in their sale of Vivarte to Charterhouse

  • Represented PAI partners in its acquisition of the roofing division of Lafarge SAS.

  • Represented PAI partners in its acquisition of Sydsvenska Kemi, the holding company of Swedish specialty chemicals group Perstorp AB, from private equity house Industri Kapital.

  • Represented a group of investors led by Goldman Sachs Mezzanine Partners in the sale of French auto parts distributor and repair workshop chain Autodistribution SA to private equity firm Investcorp SA.

  • Represented HBI, the main shareholder of Elior, a market leader in the catering business listed on the Paris stock exchange, in preparing a proposal to selected private equity funds to invest in HBI and launch a leveraged finance tender offer to take Elior private.

  • Represented PAI partners in its acquisition of AMEC’s SPIE from AMEC plc. 

  • Represented Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of Tornier, a global orthopedic company based in Grenoble, France.
