Deborah A. Tuchman is of counsel in the Asset Management Group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, and is a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Regulatory Practice Group. She advises hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity funds, commodity pools, investments advisers and family offices. Ms. Tuchman has been active in assisting clients in structuring domestic and offshore funds, including stand-alone and master-feeder structures, and in negotiating separately managed account agreements. She regularly assists clients with securities and futures regulatory compliance. Selected Professional and Business Activities
Ms. Tuchman is a member of the Futures Industry Association and regularly participates in conferences relevant to her financial services practice. She is a past member of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Futures and Derivatives Regulation and served as the Committee’s Secretary from 2003 through 2006.Education
