Donna P. Margolis is special counsel in the Private Clients Group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.  Ms. Margolis’s practice involves all aspects of wealth transfer techniques and estate administration.

Ms. Margolis provides comprehensive advice to high net worth individuals and family-owned businesses facing estate, gift and income tax issues.  She represents domestic and international clients on estate planning and complex gift-giving techniques including the transfer of family business interests and associated business succession issues.  She also advises clients with substantial retirement and pension assets.  Ms. Margolis has significant experience structuring charitable giving programs and family run charitable entities, as well as providing ongoing advice to public charities and private foundations.
