Grégoire Finance is special European counsel in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris.   • Advising Swedish specialty chemical company Perstorp on its 49/51 joint venture with PTT Global Chemical to produce and sell products for the polyurethane industry

  • Advising French industrial chemicals company Arkema on planned acquisition of the Coatings resins (Cray Valley and Cook Composite Polymers) and Photocure resins (Sartomer) businesses of Total SA

  • Advising ISS Facility Services in the transfer of its waste management operations to Paprec Group

  • Advising French company Latécoère, a tier 1 partner to major aircraft manufacturers, in the restructuring of its short and medium-term financial debt

  • Advising Oaktree Capital Management in the Oaktree-led financial restructuring of and investment in SGD Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-end glass containers for the perfume and pharmaceutical industries

  • Advising the automotive equipment manufacturer Groupe Mécaplast in connection with its financial restructuring

  • Advising Swedish specialty chemicals company (and PAI partners portfolio company) Perstorp AB in its acquisition of the isocyanates businesses of French specialty chemicals group Rhodia SA and Lyondell Chimie TDI SCA

  • Advising an investor consortium comprising Merchant Equity Partners, Goldman Sachs and Colony Capital in connection with the management deal following the acquisition by the consortium of the French furniture and electrical appliances company But SA

  • Advising private equity firm Astorg Partners in connection with the sale of its portfolio company Pizza Pino

  • Advising IOS LLC and FTI Palladium in connection with the sale of its European business (IOS Europe)

  • Advising worldwide leader in breeding and selling agronomic seeds Limagrain in a global complex transaction with Danish seed grower DLF Trifolium A/S, involving the sale of Limagrain’s forage and amenity grasses businesses and the acquisition by Limagrain of DLF’s innoseeds (formerly Cebeco) cereal businesses in several European jurisdictions

  • Advising Limagrain in connection with its acquisition of the European Non-Sugar Beet and U.S Sunflower & Grasses Business of the Advanta Group
