Jeffrey B. Korn is a partner in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. Korn specializes in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust litigation, securities litigation, ’40 Act litigation, shareholder litigation, and other complex business law disputes. He has experience representing public and private companies, their officers and directors, mutual funds, hedge funds, and securities underwriters in both state and federal courts and before the antitrust and securities enforcement agencies.

Mr. Korn is a member of the Committee on Antitrust and Trade Regulation of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and serves as Vice-Chair of the Books & Treatises Committee of the Section of Antitrust Law of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Korn’s recent publications include: Proof of Conspiracy Under Federal Antitrust Law (co-edited); eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel (contributing author); and "Competitive Information Sharing In Merger Negotiations: How Much Is Too Much?," Wall Street Lawyer (April 2007) (co-authored).

In re The Reserve Fund Securities And Derivative Litigation, MDL No. 2011 (S.D.N.Y.). Representing mutual fund in numerous individual, derivative, and class action securities cases arising out of decline of the fund’s net asset value.
In re Modafinil Antitrust Litigation, No. 06-cv-01797 (E.D. Pa.). Representing pharmaceutical company in class action antitrust litigation and FTC investigation arising from settlement of patent litigation.
In re Nifedipine Antitrust Litigation, No. 1:03-MC-223 (D.D.C.). Represented pharmaceutical company in class action antitrust litigation relating to distribution of generic nifedipine in the United States.
State of Ohio v. American International Group, et al., No. CV 07 633857 (Ohio Ct. Com. Pl.). Represented insurance broker in antitrust enforcement and damages action brought by the Ohio Attorney General arising from alleged industry-wide conspiracy.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank v. Morgan Stanley & Co., et al., No. 08 Civ. 7508 (S.D.N.Y.). Representing hedge fund in securities class action arising from collapse of structured investment vehicle during recent credit crisis.
In re Builders Firstsource, Inc. Shareholders & Derivative Litigation, No. 4900-VCS (Del. Ch. Ct.). Represented private equity fund investor in shareholder challenge to proposed recapitalization of company.
