Maurizio M. Delfino is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Department. Mr. Delfino specializes in M&A, private equity, capital markets and regulation of the securities markets, and antitrust. Mr. Delfino is a member of the Italian Association of European Lawyers, the Italian Association of Administrative Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and the International Bar Association, where he is a member of the Banking Committee and Co-Chairman of the Subcommittee on Innovations in Financial Transactions. Mr. Delfino has been teaching public economic law on a part-time basis since 1979 at the University of Rome Law School. He has written several monographs and has had numerous articles published in major law reviews in the fields of securities regulation, corporate finance, the protection of minority shareholders, and antitrust. He is a frequent lecturer at national and international symposia in these fields and occasionally holds a course on privatization at the University of Rome Law School.
